Update!, Update!, Update!

First off I'm going to say I'm sorry for not having more frequent updates in January and half way through February. I've been really busy with family issues and having a lot of stuff with school since I'm back to a full schedule this semester. And really I haven't had much to update in regards to poker. So we'll cover all of that then look to the future and a couple exciting things going on for me.

I kinda have sad news as my grandma is in the hospital. She had lung, breast, and some other cancer that I can't think of right now. Anyways, she's not doing to well and is in the hospital. I really hope she does get well, but I've already come to terms a long time ago. However, there is still a little hope. So if you can say a little something (prayer, or whatever) that would be nice.

Starting a full schedule for college again this semester is really awesome. Last semester I took a few online classes and it really sucked just because I did not get to interact with anyone. It's really nice just to get out and talk to people instead of sitting in your house 24/7. Well, I did not sit 24/7 but it seemed like it. Oh yeah, and the females don't hurt either! :) Classes are awesome, people are awesome, and I'm awesome! It just awesome!

Poker-wise everything is not so awesome. I'm on a little downswing. A couple grand down last couple months, so it's not too great. I took a shot this past weekend and missed. I played really well, but two hands really got me. One the guy called with a bluff catcher which really sucks and the other I get 2-outed. It really sucks. It looks like I'm going to start 8 to 12 tabling single-table turbo sit n goes. A couple weeks ago I had some success, so I'll see if I can grind into April when I'm probably going to go busto or be way better off than I am right now!

What's in April you ask? Poker Stars has introduced their new spring tournament series. The series has 30 million in guaranteed and has 3 different tiers of buy-ins. The low tier is where I will be playing just because it's too nice to pass up. The middle tier is very similar to a FTOPS schedule and the high tier is beyond ridiculous but that's what the higher rollers wanted. I'm really excited about this tournament series. I'm almost sure this is final, so I'm going to post the full schedule below and the events I plan on playing.
